Looks like "too many cooks in the kitchen"

Enjoying a little snow the next morning

Getting packed up

And finishing the last of breakfast

Our boats
Soon after hitting the river, our weather turned bad again.
Rowing in the snow -- what fun!
Even when it quit snowing, it was still cold.
Still, we were enjoying this remote
and beautiful place.
At about Mile 10, we came to Halfmile rapid, a class 5 rapid. Jeff and I had planned on scouting this rapid but were into it before we could pull over. Thankfully everything went well and gave us the chance to watch the other teams go through.

Through the rocks and coming past us

The lower section of Halfmile rapid was somewhat more challenging. An oar and paddle were lost so Jeff and I went ahead to look for them. In the distance are Kim, Al, Dann, and Earl putting things back together.
They're coming now
Jeff and I found an oar but Dann and Earl are still walking the bank looking for the lost paddle.
