Since moving to Carson City our family has been enjoying time spent at the shooting range. This is a new sport for the kids (and Lisa) and it's been fun having Dad show us the ins and outs of this fun activity. |
Hannah is doing great and really enjoys the challenge of shooting. |

Caleb on his own and doing very well. |
It's fun to have Dad pass on these important skills to the kids. |
Lisa getting in on the action shooting an old .22 given to us by her Dad who was also an avid shooter and hunter. |
Parked at the shooting range with our good friends and neighbors, the Summers. They too really enjoy shooting and it's great having another family to go out with and share the experience. |
Jonathan Summers shooting under the watchful eye and coaching of his Dad, Sean. |
Our Church, Hilltop Community Church, just up the hill from our house. Lisa is now the Secretary at the Church and really enjoys her job. |
We have a number of raised bed gardens in our yard and all of them were very productive. Here is an example of the tomatoes raised in Caleb's salsa garden. |
We also had a great blackberry year and enjoyed them on our cereal every morning for much of the growing season. |
This window box planter was orignally at Grandpa and Grandma Potts' house in Montana. Bob fixed it up and our resident painter, Hannah, painted it with a beautful mountain and wagon train scene. |
