This summer we decided it was time upgrade our kayaks to something that was more in line with the kind of kayaking we like to do. The kayaks we had were great for creek boating and quick maneuvering, but they didn't track well and weren't all that fun on the lakes and rivers we like to visit. We did some research and settled on Pelican sit-ins, a 10 foot MAXIM for Lisa and a 12 foot Sprint for Bob. This was the first time we took them out and they are great. We are both very pleased with them.
We also did some research and picked up a couple of great Attwood Kayak Carts which make getting to and from the water much easier.

What a great way to spend a Saturday morning! We are so grateful to have such a beautiful place only a half an hour from where we live.
