Located in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the hike/climb to the summit of Bridge Mountain is definitely one of the best outings in southern Nevada. So once again, we added it to our list of Outdoor Adventures for 2010. This picture of our group at the trailhead. On this outing, there's at least as much rock scrambling and climbing as there is actual hiking with quite a bit of elevation gain and loss. This is us climbing back up another section after we had summited just so we could go back down again to get to the trail head.
