We had another wonderful Christmas this year in our new home in Carson City. Here our handsome Caleb was very excited to get Bob's gifts of video equipment. |
Hannah is always happy to have a good read -- here is a special gift given to her from our good friend, Alex Heindl. |
Bob also found another gift that is right up Hannah's alley -- a Dremel Maker Kit for all her woodcraft projects. |
And Bob scored with a new weather station. He will get a lot of use out of this gift now that we live in a place that has four seasons. |

And Christy was excited to get a new dog toy, a stuffed Santa. |

How beautiful! A real Christmas tree in the window and lights on the eves -- Lisa's two requests every Christmas that make her happy. |

Every other week Hannah helps with the kids at Sunday School. She does an amazing job with her class! |

In November our family traveled to Montana for Thanksgiving. While there Hannah and Caleb worked on a number of craft projects with Grandma. |
Here Caleb is painting what is to become a wind spinner for Grandma's front porch. |

The guys also had fun trap shooting together. Here's Bob's brother Dave with the Spanish Peaks in the background. |
Joining in the fun was Bob's nephew Josh who now lives in Bozeman with his wife Katie. So great we get to see more of them than we did when they lived in Michigan. |

Bob's brother Jim. What a great guy! |
We also brought out the rifles and did a bit of target practice. Here Hannah is settling in for her turn. |
This was one of the first times Hannah had shot a large caliber rifle and she got a little to close to the scope when she pulled the trigger -- the rifle "kicked", and she got "scoped". |

On November 21st, Hannah with her teammates from Sierra Lutheran High School won state championship in the Nevada State Academic Olympics. This year's meet was held in Eureka, Nevada which was along the way and made for a great first leg on our trip to Montana for Thanksgiving. |
Dr. Tami Seddon was the Academic Olympics team coach. Bob took this picture of her holding the state championship trophy. |

Caleb has become great help in the annual Christmas event of hanging lights. |
Love those lights. We have great memories of this annual tradition which started when the kids were small with Bob harnessing them in climbing gear and hoisting them up to the roof to help him out. |
