Camping at Hilltop Campground in the Spring Mountains near Las Vegas.

Bob passing on the finer points of wood chopping to Caleb.

Successful student.

It was very windy on this camping trip. Notice the guy-lines tied from the camper to the trees.

It was great being able to watch the May 20th solar eclipse from our backyard.

Hannah and Caleb playing in the mud in our backyard and having a great time.

Hannah and her friend Lydia Morretto hiking among the ancient Bristlecone Pines on our way out to Mummy Springs.

Bob enjoying a day in the mountains.

Hannah hiking at age 11 on our Mummy Spring outing.

This is Hannah hiking in Yosemite National Park at 5 years old.
Compare this picture to the one on the left -- she still has the same backpack and tiny Teddy Bear.

Another bit of nostalgia -- when Hannah was 18 months old, we snowshoed up the Mummy Springs trail with Hannah on Bob's back. Here's a picture of us in front of an old Bristlecone Pine tree along the way.

Here we are in front of the same tree in June 2012 -- how time flies!
