Snow Mountain Ranch Registration Instructions

Snow Mountain Ranch has made the registration process quite easy (especially for the organizers because they do all the work).

You can register either by phone or on-line. If you want to register by phone call 1-800-777-9622 and ask for Central Reservations making reference to the "Danhof Reunion".  If you want to register online, here's the procedure:

1. Click Here to open another browser window and directly access the YMCA of the Rockies reservation system.
2. Type in S40231 for the Group Number and 21433 for the Password.
3. Click "Continue" and the "Danhof Family Reunion" information will come up.
4. Click "Continue to Date Entry".
5. Fill out your arrival and departure dates and the number of people who will be staying in your room (Children are ages 6 - 12 and infants are ages 5 and under).
6. Then under "Type" select "Aspenbrook Lodge Rooms" and click "Search for Available Room Types".
7. Next click "View Rates & Calendar". The price will appear at the bottom of the next page.
8. To finish the reservation click on "Continue to Reserve This Room" and fill out the information needed for a confirmation and to pay the required 35% deposit of your total stay.
9. When the reservation is completed the system will give you a reservation number and e-mail a confirmation as well.

If registering on-line, and you would like to come in earlier or stay longer, you will need to make your reservations on-line first for the dates of the reunion. Then you will need to call Family Reservations at 1-800-777-9622 ext 2 to add the additional nights (please have your reservation number handy).

Note: All forms of reservations require a 35% downpayment.
